Well, so far my dieting isn't off to a great start. I haven't been gourging myself on foods but sneaking little things. Raisinettes, soda. UGH! Man, I need to stop this crap! Not looking forward to Saturdays weigh in BUT I will keep going.
Especially since I'm thinking of a BIG goal for 2012. It may be too much to take on and so far Charlie snickered at me when I told him. I have been thinking of doing the Susan G Komen 3day. I know, it's A LOT of walking. 60 miles of it in 3 days! WOW. Am I nuts? Yes, but hey, I've done 4 breast cancer 5k's. I was thinking of starting training and doing multi 5k's for different causes to help myself train. I'm still pondering it. I also, learned you have to have a team of 5 and all of you have to raise $2300 each and there's a hefty entrance fee. I'll keep you updated.
Now, I'm hoping to get words of encouragement. I know I'm crazy already lol. Here's to the fat girl walking. My new mantra for 2012. FAT GIRL WALKING! :o)
You can do anything you set your mind to. It's sort of easy to turn thoughts into actions. The "magic of thinking big" has always spoke to me and I have proven it works!
